Shoe Obsession: Jeffrey Campbell Darjana Sandal

Ladies! I saw these a month ago but I have been a little crazed and totally forgot to post. YOU NEED THESE FOR THE SUMMER. I don't think I have any Jeffrey Campbell shoes in my arsenal. But these are a must have and I WILL hunt these done. I first saw these beauties on the Nordstrom website. I went on just now to purchase and guess what? THEY DO NOT HAVE MY SIZE. I will definitely go on to JC's actually website and see if I can score these babies. I am not going to tell you what you can pair these with because the options are endless. 

You can slip these in your bag or keep them in your car. They are so cute I don't think anyone is going to pay attention to your outfit anyway!

Dope Deal of the Day: Target Hot Pink Moto Jacket

A couple of years ago the Gap had a dope Hot pink Moto jacket. I want to say it was $99. It had silver detailing and was all around dope! When I went on the website it was sold out in EVERY SIZE!!!!  I have been stalking it on ebay but the prices ranged anywhere from $300 to $799. Sorry but I won't pay that for something I cannot wear on an every day basis. ESPECIALLY something that is hot pink, Sick is not a good word to describe how I felt knowing that I missed out on this baby. Well today I was on Target's website to search for some simple t-shirts and ran across a very similar moto jacket and scooped it up before it was I missed out yet again! Best part about the jacket is the price. A cool $34.98! 

Fast forward a couple of hours later I am on Fashion Bomb Daily and what do I see! Christina Milian wearing a Hot Pink Moto jacket from Moschino Cheap & Chic jacket. The price is  cool $1395. 

Even though everyone knows I am a lover of all things monotone I think a pop of color is an amazing addition to your closet. You can pair the jacket with a nice slacks for work or just like Christina has it on. Or you can rock this with a white v-neck and a skater skirt!

Shoe Obsession: Aldo "Birchell"

Of course you guys know I was minding my business, strolling through Instagram and what do I see? A post by @StylistByAir . Ioce the simplicity of this look! But what caught my eye was the sandal.

When I tapped on the post for the deets I was shocked to see the sandals were from Aldo!!! I IMMEDIATELY went on the website!!!! 

Even though every color is sold out in my size they are still a vast array of sizes left! The shoes retails for $160! 

Ladies these are dope and I suggest you don't miss out.

Shoe Obsession: Steve Madden Fringly

When my boyfriend asks why I have the same shoe in two different colors I am going to simply blame Kyrzayda and Kimsue. I literally spit my coffee out when I saw these babies on their feet! 

Before I blabber on! Let me give you the details. They are upper suede and roughly 4 inches (Ladies please make sure you can wear and are comfy in heels before purchasing these. I don't want you to waste your money!). Fringly comes in cobalt blue, black and taupe (as seen above). I am not in love with a round toe shoe but the fringe is so dope I overlooked that. I purchased mine at Macy's. Read this next line carefully. MACY'S IS NOW HAVING A 20% OFF. Take advantage! Last but not least the price $129.00.

Sightings: Dope BCBG jacket

I spot flyness everywhere. When my friend walked into the restaurant we were having dinner at yesterday I almost gagged. She had on the dopest BCBG jacket in the world! 

I have been searching eBay and Depop for this jacket since last night hoping I can find this jacket in my size! 

I really should have taken a picture of her whole outfit. It was one of simplicity and flyness. White shirt, jeans, nude patent leather Louboutins and this jacket.

Travel Diaries: South Africa

I am back from what was possibly the best experience of my entire life! I have always been fond of traveling and South Africa was definitely on my list of places to visit. Little did I know how life changing this trip was. I highly suggest that everyone take a trip back to the mother land.

Sorry ladies and gents this trip definitely wasn't based around fashion. I took the trip with two dudes who didn't want to hear about "dope fits". Most of the trip I was in workout clothes! I didn't dress up or put on makeup one time during my visit but I can honestly say I didn't miss it. 

My first stop in South Africa was Johanessburg. We went to Nelson Mandela Square. There is huge statue of Nelson Mandela dead smack in the middle of the square that is absolutely breathtaking. 

We also stopped at the Johanessburg Art Gallery where I bumped into these amazing statues.

Then we traveled to Soweto.  I didn't anticipate going to Soweto because I thought it was too far!! In reality it's only 20 minutes. There we found the home of Nelson Mandela. It definitely wasn't what I expected. It could fit into my apartment about 3 times. The floors were black from  the several times the house was firebombed. The bedrooms were tiny and there was no real kitchen. The whole experience was humbling to say the least. 

I have so much to share but definitely don't want to overwhelm you so I will give it you guys in "Travel Diary" doses.

Hi Lovies! 

I have been horrible with posting but with good reason! As I type I am on my way to one of the places on my bucket list: SOUTH AFRICA. I am beyond excited and definitely blessed! Look out for a sh*tload of pics. Cultural and fashion related. 

Always remember being dope doesn't consist of what you have on your back but your life in general.
