Gag Worthy: June By June Ambrose
Not everything "Gag Worthy" has to be expensive! I definitely scored when I purchased these riding/snow/rainboots from June Ambrose's HSN line! I immediately put these babies to work!! I love them. I have been looking for a sleek rain/snow boot that was fancy enough to wear to work. June definitely hit these on the head! They are true to size and come in Wide if needed. Also, for ladies with bigger calves (like myself) these are perfect. They stretch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LAWD I AM TOO EXCITED!

Update: Coloured Raine "Raine Fever"
I can never truly try on a lip if my face isn't beat! I tried "Raine Fever" last night in the midst of researching, blogging, and posting (you don't want to know what I looked like)!
This is a true definition of matte! I woke up 7 hours later and it was still PERFECT! It was a little difficult to take out. A cream cleanser helped a lot! I tried it again today and I am still in awe and in love!
The application is flawless! So easy! I first lined my lips with Currant from MAC. That made it easier to basically color in the lines. I then applied two coats of Raine Fever! People this was at 4:30pm it is now 2:30am and it looks like I just put this lippie on!
This is a definite "NEED TO BUY"!
For $16 you can't go wrong!

Work Wardrobe: My Go To Websites
I vowed that in 2015 I would jazz up my work wardrobe and start chronicling it on my site. As of right now I concentrate way more monotone outfits. I honestly feel you cannot go wrong with all black, nude, or white (even though this color may be a little challenging with pens and highlighters around). I wanted to give you a quick run down of where I shop for my 9-5.
- Old Navy/Gap- I named these sister companies first because I always flock to these two before anywhere else. I purchase my favorite work pants from Old Navy. Let me introduce you to Pixie Pant. These come in a long and short version and I have them in almost every color and length. Believe me when I tell you that you CANNOT go wrong with these. Whether you pair these with a button down shirt, a blouse, sweater, tee shirt and duster. You can also transition this into weekend and date nights! The pair show below are the Ankle Pixie Pant
- New York and Company- I used to walk past this store like the plague was being sold in it! But one day a lady sneezed on me on my way to work and it was the only place that was open. It has now become one of my favorite stores. There are ways not to look like the mannequin in their store window. One way is mix and match their pieces! I have gotten cute dresses, quality suit pants and jackets from NY&Co. I actually have a really cute peplum blazer I purchased in 2012 from NY&Co. Hopefully, I will have a blog post where it is featured. One of my recent purchases from NY&Co. was their Zebra Print Coatigan . The Coatigan is so comfortable and can be dressed up for work or dressed down for running errands.
- Forever 21- ROCK FOREVER 21 but just turned 30 (in my Kanye voice)- Yes this is one of my go to's! Why? Because they are affordable and have excellent shipping! LOL I get a lot of seasonal sweaters from them. Cute basic simple sweaters! I do not purchase any pants or jeans from them because they fit very awkward-in my opinion. Perfect example of something I might order for work is the Shawl Collar Cardigan . I would probably order it in black.
- ASOS- To me ASOS has the best coat/jacket collection of all of the websites I have listed. I can find any style I am looking for and with their express shipping I have it in 2 business days. My only caution would be to make sure you are choosing the US sizing and not UK. I got caught up once and ordered something when it came it looked like my little cousins jacket. :-( You live and learn and make sure you read before you buy.
- I really have no website for shoes because I shop wherever for those. Anywhere from Anne Klein, Fendi, Christian Louboutin, and Zara. I am not choosey!
I usually go shopping at the beginning of the new year for new basics. Once I do I will post them. Then start adding to jazz these pieces up!!

Fabulous Repeats: Kim Kardashian
I am all for repeating looks. We all know we have worn a certain items repeatedly!! Whether it's because we love the fit of the jeans or a top goes with any everything. Quiet as kept that is why I love anything monotone (you can repeat and no one really cares)!
Today as I was knocking off the snow from my UGG boots, sipping coffee and scrolling througIG (I know I know! I am a MULTITASKER) I came across the flyest picture of Kim and Kanye going through John F. Kennedy Airport in New York.
I thought to myself I have seen Kim in something similar. I did a little IG trolling and found out she wore the same fur and similar outfit in 2010. This proves my theory that some pieces are timeless and this fur is the very definition of what I mean. She wore it 5 years later and people were going crazy- me included.
I have pieces that I have had for well over 6 years that I can throw on and still be questioned about where I got it. Timeless pieces do not necessarily have to be expensive, it all depends on how you take care of your purchases. I am sure Kim's fur has been in storage for years and has been tended to with the best care!
Both of the outfits below are monotone. Only real difference between 2010 vs. 2015 is she is not carrying a bag, her hair is pulled back, a pair of sunglasses (I think these are Celine's), way less makeup, and she switched her knee high boots for some classy pumps. I praise her for having her feet out in this frigid New York weather we have had for the past week.
Let me tell you something Kim has been KILLLLLLLIIIINNNNGGG ITTT for the past 9 days!! I mean SLAYNG!!!!! Her outfits simple, chic and clean! And she has been repeating certain items. I recently read somewhere that she and Kanye redid her closet and it looks like they have come up with some winning outfits!
I will definitely be looking forward to what she has in store for 2015!

Sex and Spaghetti: Christian Louboutin S/S15 So Kate Strass Degrade 120 Suede Burman-Version Topaz
I am telling you God sprinkled a little something extra in when he created the man that is Christian Louboutin.
With my birthday fast approaching I am on the hunt for a birthday shoe starting now! When I saw these they were immediately on my radar.. Until I saw the price... $3995. Makes no sense for me who works every weekend and works in a semi-corporate setting to purchase a shoe for almost $4,000 just for a day. But a girl can dream!
